Welcome to The Computer Dudes , Inc - 2022

In 2021, The Computer Dudes, Inc. finished design and established production of our #SolarOneMonolith series of Granite Cluster-Type Supercomputers powered entirely by the Sun and 100% off-grid.

The Monolithic Supercomputer features a Round Modular Computer Core System we named "Gordo".   Each Gordo Core holds from 8 to 48 small form factor, low voltage computers.  The systems are preconfigured to client specifications.    Our current production is 2 Monoliths per week.

In 2022, we now offer our #solaronemonolith series running VMware.   We will continue to expand our Monolithic Data Center - now Online, with a total of 5 monoliths.

New products such as the "Dark Monolith" - which generates electricity, and also several hybrid data center designs.

Our research has swung away from Clouds - back to Hardware Clustering and Virtualization to create safe networks for individuals, companies, and global corporations.

Four Sentinels, with their basic configuration = a 32 computer Data Center.   A data center with no power bill.   A data center with no building.  A data center controlled or accessed by any Internet Device.
Most importantly a Data Center with no emissions built to last 100 years (with replacement parts)

The Sentinel's functions are included but not limited to:

  • Web, Streaming Media, Database, Servers
  • Offsite Backup Servers
  • Scalable Servers
  • Sensor Platforms
  • Farm or Well Controls
  • Observatories
  • History and Science Archives
  • Sun Dials
  • Relay Stations
  • Emergency Aid Stations
  • SatCom Stations
  • Video Phones
  • Atmospheric and Weather Equipment and Servers

These are not plans or dreams, but products we are producing.    Find the article on the Gordo-8 to get further information, configuration and pricing.

The 3 Keys to Safe Social Media - Including: Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and all the rest. :)

The problem with Facebook and other Social Media is not the Algorithm, the extremists, or the hackers - it is the Lack of a "KEYs. "

Three KEYs are needed: better Architecture, better Filters, and a new type of KEY, we will call a "Facts Table." (more on that below)

First Key is better Architecture.

Second Key is better Filters

Third Key is to create a "Facts Table"

A facts table, to let those undecided see both sides; minus the falsehoods or political spin. To appeal to both sides and let everyone cool off with a little reality.  This "Third Key," a "Facts Table," briefly expresses both sides of an argument, or topic, or keyword: but is filtered for spin and misrepresentations.

The 3 Keys to safe, secure, social media in 2021.

Gordo-8: A Systems and Pricing Review

on 19 Aug 2021  Posted by CorpRattX  Category: Technology  Comments: 2
20210813_181855.jpg

The Computer Dudes, Inc's research on Single Board Computers, SBC's, began in the 1990s.   SBC's use very little electricity.  In the 1990s SBC's were only used for traffic signs and such.  The first SBC Computer Dudes used was a 80846.

For the last 3 years we have developed and are in production with the Gordo-8 and Gordo-12 Series.   The number beside the name indicates how many computers are in the cluster.
The Gordo Series uses a round core which allows for many motherboards to be run in a cluster or as separate servers.

Gordo-8 Base Configuration

Node Zero: Control Node
Node One: Apache Server
Node Two:  Samba 4 Server with 1 Tb SSD, USB 3.1
Node Three:  Samba Node (controlled by Samba4 Server)
Node Four: Raspberrian Server or Workstation
Node Five: Backup Server for Files, Data and Video
Node Six:  CUPS / Print Server
Node Seven:  Routing and Security Server

Base Pricing

Gordo-8 Monolithic Solar:  $9,750

Gordo-8 Standard plug in / indoor version:  $5,750

The RPI now has a Cellular Phone Adapter for 3 and 4G cellular communications and data.

It fits on top of a standard Raspberry Pi 4B.

We are also upgrading our RPI #solaronemonolith series to have a LED indicator on the Power over Ethernet adapter.

These machines are incredibly powerful if setup correctly. :)T

Computer Dudes is basically an "Invention" and "Corporation" Factory.

Much of the form and function follow that of Edison, Tesla, Ford and Westinghouse just to name a few.

Some of our products you know become whole industries like our #solaronemonolith

Other products you may not know, but use every day, or will.

We are not anyone's competition, we are everyone's friend. :)Todd

Something Fresh from an old friend of mine forming a new company out of his decade long Open Source movement and development groups.

All of this has been created by "Jaromil" aka Denis Roio, of Dyne dot Org and thousands of Open Sourcers, Researchers, Coders, Writers, Testers and more.
