We just added a whole Layer to Drone Defense now including special rounds and techniques for fighting Droneships and Dronesubs on the surface or in shallow water.
We have no secure way to share it with Law Enforcement or the Military so we will include it as an EXTRA in our upcoming Anti-Drone Training.
Our Drone Training is on HOLD until FDLE, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, clears the backlog of requests for simple gun and ammo purchases so we can get our training materials.

Computer Dudes were given a dead Meta Quest 3, set of VR / Mixed Reality System.
We took it apart, found the issue, repaired it and returned it to the kid who gave it to us.
He was very excited, the thought he was going to have to buy a new one.
That was a few months back - now we are learning how to create virtual labs, computers, and machines in custom VR "Rooms" One can also do Virtual Control Stations that Control and Monitor real equipment. More soon... :)T

If you need a 3D part use the 300mm size or smaller. If you have a larger "production" order talk to me. Thanks. :)Todd

ALMA gets a new TIME keeping and coordination system using a hydrogen maser.

As we have discussed in our Space and Communications Projects TIME is of the ultimate importance concerning communications - especially deep space observation and communications. :)T

Welcome to the website - sadly none of our solar products or outdoor computers will work at such a High Latitude.

So much more fun than simulated "VR" games. Last thing - if you accidentally hit the "cargo drone" you lose. :)T

Computer Dudes completed our 4-D radio and laser communications- looping and lensing equations for Deep Space communications.

It is like "gravity assist" maneuvers used by spacecraft but on a much LARGER scale and instead of spacecraft it is radio waves or laser communications being altered by large gravity sources.

We named this system of equations "The great #loopback" for Deep Space communications as well as communication across Time.

    #deepspacelooping #gravityassist #lensing #laser #rf #mass #gravity

Great Job to the Teams working on this project. More soon...

    YES!!

"Plasma" Antenna's and their configuration have "power" and "stealth" capabilities.

Signal "Stacking" to increase power transmitted is an option too - including antenna inside antenna designs.

This confirms our antenna research from more than a decade ago.

Working on testing WiFi "long distance" extenders - dual Gbit network support on this unit.

The units are the size of a bowl that would hold soup for one person. They come with a swivel mount system for easy building mounting and directional orientation.

This system will be an upgrade to our #solaronemonolith outdoor data centers as well as a few clients who have shops and offices in different buildings.

We have done custom WiFi and Campus Environments since our inception in 1997. We can also build frequency specific antennas and yagi's for distance.

Secure WiFi is the ultimate freedom.

    Regards,
    Todd :)

Nailed chatGPT again with a question that reveals data access errors regarding "The Unicorn."
The Unicorn in this case is the Smallest Known Black Hole in Space. It is about 3.3 times the mass of Sol, our sun.

Also this incident proves Google STLL has a better search than any of the GPT's

RPI LIDAR we did last year - 2023 (RPI = Raspberry Pi 4B+)

With the LIDAR we improved the system by using larger Optical Sensors and multiple lasers pulsed at the same time to create a "layered" map and monitoring.

RPI Radar is now on the list for 2024.

To us - it is like playing with Lego's.

Any work done on a RPI or Intel SBC's can be done on regular computers, servers, and workstations. (SBC = Single Board Computer)

Computer Dudes has received several new research and development contracts for our Rapid Prototyping to Production services.

We are continuing our R&D on Drones and Drone Defense, Smart Watches and Smart Glasses.

We tested the new Meta Quest Three also. It failed our testing. Expect a story on that soon.

I am wearing the latest Smart Watch with full Medical Sensors - it is an improvement on last years model. Better sensors and sensor placement.

The latest Ray Ban smart glasses we also given to me as a Christmas Present.

Well Hello - Aberdeen Proving Ground. APG - US Army Research Area

Thanks for the visit. Yes we do have an anti-drone round for you for use in shotguns.

The ammo is generally non-lethal to humans or animals - just lethal to drones.

Local or National Vendors can produce the rounds on a standard production line.

Geolocate Computer Dudes to find production facilities within a 15 mile radius of our office in Tallahassee, Florida.

Your visit has been an honor.

Computer Dudes are not hiring at this time due to the Holiday Break.

If you need a tech job now look at your local community - many private and small businesses need tech help or new websites or even a whole new network AND the software to run it.

Many of those companies are doing repairs and upgrades now while it is slow - or they will do them after the Holiday Rush to be ready for 2024.

    Upgrades of Site One underway.

First we run battery re-conditioners to see if the batteries are good on each #solaronemonolith

Digital Chargers can often bring a weak battery back.

Some of the plastics we used in the Original Designs - to hold batteries and power converters - deteriorated completely - we think it is because of the Florida weather and sun.

We have already found replacement covers and upgrades.

All computers are online during upgrade with "shore power" attached while batteries are replaced.

We got both Drones out an running today too. Site One - our Outdoor Data Center makes a great flight training and photography site for our Drone Security and Drone vs Drone simulations.

More soon... Go, Computer Dudes, Go! :)T

Exciting News! Funding has been approved to upgrade "Site One" our first #solaronemonolith outdoor data center.
The upgrades will replace aging batteries, the computer core "Gordo-8" and the small 5 or 12 volt computers that comprise the computer core.
Upgrades are largely - plug and play as the system was designed around a removable computer core system that is modular.
The project now passes to Scheduling and a new Core Build order has been issued.
Most of these have been online for two years or more - it is time for scheduled upgrades.

It has been a rough 7 days. Starting Last Friday 2 Major Storms hit Tallahassee, Florida.
Most of the area was without power for a couple of days.
Today I completed my storm cleanup and delivered the last of the emergency supplies to those on my list.
Everyone is safe and recovery had begun.
Thanks to all who helped, get some rest and family time when you can.

It does not really matter where you are in Florida or the SE United States you are subject to the weather and power / internet failure even with triple redundant systems.
I just lost a nice post for this website when went to post it and the Internet blinked. Then the power blinked. Now its raining.
In 15 minutes the sun will be out again. Crazy Summer Weather!
